10 BLINKS Cherry Saison

This well balanced, smooth, light-medium bodied summer sipper is abundant with the flavors and scents of a Michigan-ripe cherry. Sweet and fruity on the nose, light and malty with strong tastes of stone fruit, finishes with a slow burn like a fine wine.

Summer Camp Saison

This sweet and tart Saison is the perfect balance of smooth and bitter from its green apple-like bite to its strong notes of bready malt. Apples with a hint of fresh lemon on the nose lead to a strong fruity taste with peppery-bready notes. Finishes dry with the lust for another sip.

Hoppy Saison

Pours a hazy, pale gold with a dense head of white foam. Big, juicy yeast and hop aromas lead you in with hints of melon, cotton candy, and spice. More spice and bitterness on the palate, with a dry bitter finish. Hop flavors continue to open up after each sip.

Evening’s Harvest Dark Saison

Fall is here. The nights get longer, and cooler, and darkness creeps into everything, even the beers. Deep mahogany in color, with spice and fruit in the nose. Sweet, hearty malts provide the foundation for expressive Belgian yeast and the blend of spices used during the brew, bringing subtle pome fruit, spice, and nutty chocolate in the finish.
