Uncle Mitch IPA

Uncle Mitch is an American IPA bursting with peach, pineapple, and dank aromas. The beer delivers ample resinous, tropical fruit character, with a smooth bitterness that lasts through the long, dry finish.

Stats
Woodsy IPA

An American IPA, deep gold in color, inundated with American hops.  Strong pine notes upfront with citrus and tropical fruit rounding out the aroma. Resinous American hops and unapologetic bitterness hit the palate, with a moderate dry finish and lingering bitterness.

40 Years Gone

An American IPA brewed by our dear friends and ABC Hall of Famers Jeff and Susan Rankert.  Their recipe pays tribute to the Pabst Brewing Company’s Ballantine IPA that Jeff first tasted in 1974.  Our favorite description for this beer comes from Beer Advocate:  “It is not polite. Its flavors are almost defiant- a huge nose with hops and malt struggling for control, a bit of oak, just the right carbonation and an insanely long finish worthy of any hop-head.”

G6 Rye IPA

Brewed with 6 malts and 6 hops (ample rye malt, and liberal amounts of earthy, resinous hops), this rye pale ale pours golden, finishes slightly spicy and dry, and urges another pint to be poured.

Gobsmacked

19 years and 3000 batches later, we brewed an India Pale Ale inspired by those classic IPAs brewed in the Burton-upon-Trent region in England, some 150 years ago. Crafted from all British ingredients. Notes of soft pear and faint honey precede the delicate, bready malt body that sets the stage for classic U.K. hops. Floral, earthy, and grassy. A retrospective on a style that continues to inspire a hop revolution today.

Kaladega Knights

This sessionable ale packs plenty of full flavor and aroma into a medium-light body that leaves plenty of room for a second, or third, or… Brewed with black and roasted malts and lots of late addition cascades and dry-hopped with horizon and amarillo for a mildly roasty and enticingly hoppy character. Kala means black in Hindi and the name is a takeoff on one of our favorite movies.

Fuggles & Golding

An English IPA brewed with all English specialty malts, hops and yeast.  This is a crisp, clean IPA featuring the woodsy, spicy, and fruity flavors of Fuggles and East Kent Golding hops.

Largebeat Wheat IPA

An imperial wheat IPA brewed with a heavy percentage of Michigan wheat. A unique, sharp, and intriguing beer–much like Mr. Largebeat himself. A dose of roast and crystal malts provide depth for the onslaught of Centennial, Simcoe, and Mt. Hood hops your palate is certain to receive.

Vitality IPA

This ‘session strength’ IPA has hints of tangerine and citrus along with a nice hop aroma from the Amarillo and Summit hops. A touch of crystal malts provides a light and malty background with hints of caramel. Packed with hop flavor, this session strength beer is dry-hopped like an IPA without the big alcohol presence.

Ryeclops Imperial Rye

Ryeclops is dominated with a mouthful of distinct rye malt character complimented by the spicy fruity hoppiness of American high-alpha simcoe hops.

Use caution when confronted with the Ryeclops, as it’s delightful aroma and complex flavor camouflage a might, boozy-backboned single-hopped monster of a brew!
