Amber & Gold

Hopped with 100% El Dorado hops, this mahogany red to brown hue ale has an off-white tanned foam.Toasty, caramel, and toffee up front in the nose complimenting the subtle stone fruit, hop aromatics that follow. Rich malty flavors reminiscent of toasted bread, caramel, and dry roasted nuts.

Some fresh grass and sweet melon tones from El Dorado hops balance out the malty and finish clean with a subtle, yet lingering bitterness. Overall, a session-able and complex amber ale.

Sticky Tree Amber

This rustic-style, unfiltered amber is easy drinking amber with a serious malt nose and light straw. Notes of caramel and biscuit upfront, light tart and mineral flavors towards the back of mouth.  It’s light and bounces off the palate leaving behind a slightly floral and spicy hop flavor.

Red Dawn American Amber

This medium-bodied quaffer was brewer Bill Gerds’ birthday present to himself, but it was so delicious we told him he had to make more and share it with the rest of us! Red Dawn is crafted with three types of Crystal malts, which create a complex palette of malty caramel favors and notes of dark fruit and lightly toasted bread. These flavors marry seamlessly with the apricot and peach notes from the Amarillo hops
