Food Pairings: This well-balanced, moderately bitter beer goes with just about anything you like to eat.  It also drinks great all by itself.  Try it with pasta in a mildly spicy red sauce, a big juicy burger, or a salami and cheese plate.

Tasting Notes: The Ypsi Gypsy contains mostly pale malts for a light body and lower alcohol beer. Hop bitterness is balanced by several late additions of Cascade and Centennial hops which give this beer a fruity citrusy hop flavor and a beautiful hop aroma.
