Medium–Light Bodied Beers

Paging Dr. Rudi

The doctor is in! This pale ale has ample hop character packed into a small package. Bright, bold aromas of orange and lemon with sweet melon underneath. More juicy citrus on the palate, with the melon notes becoming more apparent. Firm bitterness lingers through the finish. The beer’s name is a nod the hop “Dr. Rudi,” the only hop cultivar used in this brew.

More Fun Session Sour

A Session IPA aged in sour oak barrels for 7 months! Mild lactic sourness, a touch of Columbus hops in the nose and a pleasant oaky background make this a highly quaffable session beer.

Michigan Pine Dry Hopped Pale

This dry hopped ale has a piney, resinous nose and aroma, following through to the slightly sweet, yet bitter dry finish.  It’s dry hopped with centennial hops, simcoe hops, cascade hops, and orange peel.

Ypsi Gypsi Session IPA

The Ypsi Gypsi is technically an American Pale Ale but we packed so much hop flavor and aroma into its 4.9% alcohol that we like to call it a session IPA.  Golden straw in color with a medium body and crisp carbonation, the Gypsi flaunts a rich flowery, citrusy character on the nose, palate and finish that comes from several late additions of classic American hops.

Euchre Pilsner

Euchre is a true Pilsner style beer – medium-light bodied and crisp yet bursting with noble hop flavor perfectly balanced by a pale malt base.  Authentic German-style pilsners are not bland or watery and ours pushes the category boundaries just a tad at 5.5% ABV and 47 IBUs

Bollywood Blonde

Gorgeous copper-orange ale with a rich, enticing aroma of oranges and lemongrass. Crisp and refreshing on the palate. A perfect blend of malt, spice, and sweet and zesty hints of citrus.
