Light-Medium Bodied Beers

Second Sun

Second Sun begins its life as a batch of Sacred Cow IPA. For this wild ale we selected our funkiest barrels and aged our award winning IPA for 6 months. Aromas of fresh cut grass and ripe stone fruit lead into flavors of pineapple and grapefruit with a bone dry finish. Drink now or cellar to develop even more Brettanomyces funk!

Pollination Sensation

Pollination Sensation is golden honey in color, and greets the senses with the fragrance of lush summer meadows, dotted with flowers in bloom. Lavender mingles with hints of faint grass, grain, and honey. The beer is soft across the palate, aided by both lavender and oats, with hops providing a playful hint of bitterness and citrus. Otherwise soft and smooth, honey lends a dryness to the beer, leaving just a bit of toast and honey behind.

Washingtonacity

This traditional English bitter pours a burnished golden hue, with an off-white head. Earthy hops and black tea fill the aroma. Slight bitterness leads, while crystal malt sweetness and the jammy hops compete with one another. The finish is minerally and dry, with a tannic black tea-like note punctuating the end.

Summer Ale

Poured from our Angram beer engine, Summer Ale is golden hued, with a frothy, white cap of foam. Aromas of orchard fruit and doughy bread greet the senses, while light hop notes become more prevalent. Modest bitterness leads on the palate, while jam, citrus, and hints of doughy bread come into focus. The light body keeps you coming back for more, and the dry, slightly bitter finish continues to build, leaving a surprisingly hoppy aftertaste.

Flower Assembly Pale Ale
For American Craft Beer Week, we brewed up a pale ale, hopped exclusively with Mosaic hops. Light and playful tropical
fruit aromas invite you in, while a clean and simple malt base sets the stage for these darling hops. The tropical character
persists on the palate, enhanced by notes of blueberry, pleasant grassiness, and a sticky resinousness that exaggerates the
dry, bitter finish of the beer. Very juicy mouthfeel, despite its dry finish.

Hoppy Saison

Pours a hazy, pale gold with a dense head of white foam. Big, juicy yeast and hop aromas lead you in with hints of melon, cotton candy, and spice. More spice and bitterness on the palate, with a dry bitter finish. Hop flavors continue to open up after each sip.

Pêchés on Regalia

A perfect summer sipper for those funky enough to imbibe. It’s dank, earthy, and has peach aromas in the nose with hints of lemon and grass. Light bodied on the palette and slightly tart. The unripened peach notes lead into a mildly sweet, biscuit finish.
