Phat Abbot Belgian Tripel

A  golden abbey-style ale made with Trappist yeast and light Belgian candy sugar for a traditional, malty Trappist character.  Rich and complex with flavors of toasted bread, tropical fruits, banana and honey.  Spicy hops and medium carbonation balance the sweetness for a very drinkable high gravity ale.

Jackhammer Old Ale

Fruity esters, hints of hot buttered rum, burnt caramel, and a subtle chocolate covered cherry quality dissolve into a dry spicy finish with a robust hop counter balance.

Espresso Love Breakfast Stout

Oatmeal and 20 pounds of fresh roasted coffee from the Ugly Mug Café contribute to a mildly chalky espresso character balanced by a rich, sweet creamy maltiness. Coffee finish dissolves into chocolate with a slight roasty bitterness.

  • Style:
  • ABV: 6.7%
  • IBU: 15
  • OG: 1.070
Ypsi Gypsi Session IPA

The Ypsi Gypsi is technically an American Pale Ale but we packed so much hop flavor and aroma into its 4.9% alcohol that we like to call it a session IPA.  Golden straw in color with a medium body and crisp carbonation, the Gypsi flaunts a rich flowery, citrusy character on the nose, palate and finish that comes from several late additions of classic American hops.

Euchre Pilsner

Euchre is a true Pilsner style beer – medium-light bodied and crisp yet bursting with noble hop flavor perfectly balanced by a pale malt base.  Authentic German-style pilsners are not bland or watery and ours pushes the category boundaries just a tad at 5.5% ABV and 47 IBUs

Michael Faricy’s Irish Stout

This crowd-pleaser has a dark coffee-like appearance with a creamy head and smoky, roasted grain aromas. It is rich and creamy on the palate with chalky, burnt flavors balanced by lush dark chocolates and never turns too dry through the smoky finish. Full-flavored yet highly drinkable—rich and creamy without being thick or heavy.

  • Style:
  • ABV: 4.5%
  • IBU: 42
  • OG: 1.016
Buzzsaw American IPA

A big, bold hop-forward west coast style IPA. The malt character is subdued to showcase a blend of Simcoe, Summit, Citra, and Centennial Hops creating a lingering dry finish with notes of pine, grapefruit, and apricot.

  • Style:
  • ABV: 7.5%
  • IBU: 51
